    haha, amen! im a makeup artist for laura mercier at nordstrom, and nordstrom takes EVERYTHING back. its ridiculous. People bring back empty jars of $300 face cream and say it broke them out. It only took the WHOLE jar to figure it out, too.

    and holiday hours blow :(

    Spencer, I knew Nordstrom is known for taking anything and everything back but didn't know about face cream. Generally most places will take back items if it causes some sort of negative reaction, but getting away with empty jars is not cool.

    It's kind of weird there are no Nordstrom's in NYC???

    yeah we also have to take back stuff that was obviously stolen. its crazy.

    yeah, i think white plains? is the closest nordstrom to NYC. weird.

    All of mine were spur of the moment things and I love it. Planning something like that just freaks me out ya'know? It has to be spur of the moment. I wanted to get one while I was in England and then in Scotland so they would have more conversational value, you know what I mean? But, forget about it, I wouldn't know who to trust in a different country. But, it woudl have been cool.
